PSGradePIC & PSGrooPIC Updated.

Hi guys/girls!

I've updated PSGradePIC adding a random dongle_id generation to prevent Sony from blocking Factory Mode for the dongle_id 0xAAAA, together with the usb_dongle_master_key found by graf_chokolo.

I've also update PSGrooPIC adding support for firmware 2.43. (Downloads on the right side of the web)

BTW, take a look on this: http://fail0verflow.com/, because maybe we won't need our dongles any more ;_).

He actualizado PSGradePIC incorporando una generación aleatoria del dongle_id para que Sony no bloquee el Factory Mode para el dongle_id 0xAAAA, junto con la usb_dongle_master_key conseguida por graf_chokolo.

También he actualizado PSGrooPIC añadiendo soporte para el firmware 2.43. (Descargas en la parte derecha de la web)

Por si alguno no se ha enterado, os recomiendo echarle un ojo a: http://fail0verflow.com/, ya que probablemente en poco tiempo no necesitemos nuestros dongles ;_).

New PSGrooPIC Compilation

Hi guys!

PSGrooPIC-PL3: I've compiled the latest PL3 version that adds support for firmware 2.70 and fixes firmware 2.76 support.
PSGrooPIC-Hermes: I've fixed the port 1 issue and increased the maximum payload size.

P.S: I know I should have done this before, but I have been busy with exams and with PSGradePIC.

EDIT: I've updated PSGrooPIC-PL3 adding firmwares 2.60 and 2.53 support, and PSGrooPIC-Hermes fixing a bug in port 1 size.

PSGrooPIC-PL3: He compilado la última versión del PL3 que añade soporte para el firmware 2.70 y completa el soporte del firmware 2.76.
PSGrooPIC-Hermes: He arreglado el problema del puerto 1 y aumentado el tamaño máximo del payload.

P.D: Sé que tenía que haber hecho esto hace tiempo, pero he estado liado con exámenes y con el PSGradePIC.

EDIT: He actualizado PSGrooPIC-PL3 añadiendo soporte para los firmwares 2.60 y 2.53, y PSGrooPIC-Hermes corrigiendo un bug en el tamaño del puerto 1.

I have updated PSGradePIC with the source that the PS3Break Team sent me. Now the code is "simpler" and it fits perfectly in PIC18F2450.

I have also added a "Make.bat" for those who haven't set up Cygwin,

He actualizado el PSGradePIC con el source que me mandó el PS3Break Team. Ahora el código es mucho más "simple" y cabe perfectamente en los PIC18F2450.

También he añadido un "Make.bat" para aquellos que no han configurado Cygwin.

Recently the PS3Break Team has adapted the PSGrade source to the PIC18F, so now you can downgrade from firmwares lower than 3.55. Probably you have already downloaded the PSGradePIC code, but I wanted to add the information to the blog :).

In addition, I must say that I have sent an email to the PS3Break Team asking them to release the source. It doesn't make any sense not to release it, because the code has been adapted to every dongle. Hope they release it :D.

EDIT: Links are changed to my Open Source build of PSGradePIC. However, this release won't fit on a PIC18F2450 (PS3Break), because it needs more memory. Have fun!

Recientemente el equipo de PS3Break ha conseguido portar el código del PSGrade al PIC18F, por lo que ya se puede hacer el downgrade desde versiones inferiores a la 3.55. Probablemente todos ya tendréis el PSGradePIC descargado, pero quería agregar la información al blog :).

He de añadir que he mandado un email al equipo del PS3Break pidiendo que hagan público el source. No tiene sentido que no lo publiquen dado que el código ha sido adaptado para todos los dongles. Esperemos que me hagan caso :D.

O hai! I've updated the PSGrooPIC adding support for the 3.41_kiosk firmware, fixing the issue with the port 1 short config descriptor, which missed one byte and increasing the maximum payload size.

PL3 has also been updated to the latest version.

O hai! He actualizado el PSGrooPIC añadiendo soporte para las consolas con firmware 3.41_kiosk, arreglando el problema con el port 1 short config descriptor en el cual faltaba un byte e incrementando el tamaño máximo del payload.

Además, el PL3 está actualizado a la última versión ;).
